The body of a Carnival masquerader was been found under a tree in the Queen’s Park Savannah this morning.
According to the police, Cepep workers cleaning the grounds around 9 am after Carnival Tuesday discovered the body of a masquerader under a tree next to a WASA station near to the Queen’s Royal College.
The body appears to be that of a female of caucasian descent and was clad in a turquoise two-piece costume.
The police are yet to ascertain a cause of death. CSI is currently on the scene.
