The driver who crossed a red light on the Priority Bus Route last week and smashed into another vehicle resulting in an accident which saw a mother and her two sons dead has been charged by police.
Kevin Lewis, 28, is expected to appear in court tomorrow to face charges of using the bus route illegally.
He will also be charged with breaching a red light and causing the deaths of Carla Maxima-Collins, and her two sons, two-year-old Amani and seven-month-old Kamari.
