The moment a reportedly intoxicated driver crossed a red light and smashed into a vehicle containing a family of four, leaving a mother and two children dead has been captured on video.
The tragic accident saw Carla Collins and her two children die on the scene, while her husband, who was driving the vehicle rushed to hospital.
The driver of the B14 vehicle who broke the light was also taken to hospital and is in police custody.
By last December, 124 people had died as a result of vehicular accidents.
For the same period, police issued 10,2333 speeding tickets and 2,605 people had been arrested for driving under the influence.
